I feel very fortunate to have had the privilege of being Tamara's patient.  She creates beautifully thought-out treatments that touch not only my body but also my soul.
I originally sought out Tamara's assistance for fertility treatments.  And while my parenting circumstances have changed, I have gained more than I have ever imagine possible.  Through my treatments I have become a new person; stronger, more independent, confident in who I am and where I am going.  Over the last year Tamara has been my shoulder to cy on, my voice of reason, and a person who taught me how to be vulnerable and that things don't have to be perfect all the time.  She helped me fall in love with who I am.

Tamara treated me for several weeks last year with a focus toward achieving a higher state of calm and sense of grounding.  Those treatments were effective and increased my overall sense of well-being.  Compared to other acupuncture treatments in the past where the treatment was very "fix the pain" oriented, I found the treatments with Tamara to be more holistic and embracing of the total body and soul.
After a couple of months off during the holidays and a period of high stress at work, I returned to Tamara for treatment after a diagnosis of high blood pressure by my general practitioner.  Tamara developed a plan to get my blood flowing better and she inspired me to pay more attention to my diet and exercise.  Tamara's compassion and caring has helped me to take better care of myself.
During the treatments Tamara takes the time to explain the purpose of the different needles and shares relevant facts about the medicine behind the discipline of my acupuncture.  I feel very lucky to have been introduced to Tamara.
