Constant anxiety is exhausting.  I can help you manage and reduce anxiety through Acupuncture, wellness practices, and Chinese Nutritional Therapy.  Acupuncture is a very safe, extremely effective form of health care.  There are no side effects and it addresses the underlying cause of a condition while simultaneously treating/reducing the symptoms.  Prescription medications for anxiety have lots of side effects and often leave a person feeling emotionally flat.  Taking medication for anxiety is similar to putting a piece of tape over the check engine light on your dash board in your car.  You may not see the pesky light anymore, and the cause of the issue hasn’t been addressed.
